Several things need to be done before a technician can come out to the home:
- Mow the lawn
- Vacuum all floors and any upholstered furniture
- Dispose of the vacuum bag or empty the filter outside
- Remove the sheets from all beds
- Remove all pillows from furniture
- Bring any pets to the vet to be boarded and flea bathed
- Mop all floors in the home and do all regular house cleaning
- Clean or discard all pet toys and bedding
