Customer Service Represenative

Do you enjoy helping and serving people? In this role you’ll be making and receiving calls, setting technician and treatment schedules, and discussing our products and services on daily basis with new and existing customers.

Pest Control Technician

Pest Control Technicians help customers resolve their pest infestation problems. They identify the type of pest that is infesting homes, buildings, and offices, and use either pesticides or eco-friendly solutions to get rid of them.

Termite Technician

The Termite Technician at Arrow is responsible for providing services that prevent or eliminate a termite infestation and damage in buildings, homes, and surrounding structures. You’ll also perform daily inspections on these structures.

Sales Administrator

The primary function of the Sales Administrator is to speak with potential customers, explain new services, and schedule appointments with an Arrow account manager.

Receptionist

The receptionist’s primary role is to answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls, greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office, direct visitors to the appropriate person.

Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialist will work with staff to ensure all money owed to the company is billed and received correctly and in a timely fashion.
