One-Time Services: One-time services come with a 30-day guarantee unless otherwise noted. Arrow highly advises that with moderate or severe infestations that more than one treatment be performed in order to rid the property of pests. This applies to outside +inside treatments, outside only, and inside only one-time services. Bedbug, flea, crazy ant, and german roach treatments come with no guarantee unless preparation procedures are followed. In addition, moderate to severe infestations may require a follow-up(s) treatment in order to offer a treatment guarantee.
Health & Property Notice: Pest Control is meant to protect health and property. It is Arrow’s goal to be a convenience to you with scheduling, servicing, and supporting our clients for a healthy pest free environment. Please let Arrow know if you have any known chemical sensitivities. Consulting with your doctor before treatment is recommended. Product labels and safety data sheets are available to you. Arrow will not be held liable for any insect stings, bites, diseases, and associated medical expenses or legal expenses. Arrow will not be held liable for any property damage except due to gross negligence. Arrow technicians are trained to safely and effectively take care of your pest control needs. Payment for one-time services or custom services are due at the time of sale or service. I have advised Arrow that no occupant of the structure to be treated has sensitivity to chemicals or pest control products & in connection therewith, Arrow recommends that anyone with any such sensitivity must consult a physician in advance of the treatment of the structure. I agree Arrow has no responsibility for & I hold Arrow harmless from any bites, stings, pest related diseases, damages, etc., & associated medical expenses. Arrow will not be liable for any damages to property except due to gross negligence. Any Arrow service sold over the phone is subject to change after a visual inspection to the property and pest issue(s). Arrow agrees to perform the above described service under the terms & conditions as specified guarantees to come back & retreat any infested areas for covered pest at no charge between regular treatments where warranted at the discretion of Arrow’s opinion.
