No, bedbugs are not included. They are commonly misidentified and very difficult to control. Bedbug jobs are very time consuming and its best to send out an Account Manager. Learn more about our bedbug treatment programs.

I have active termites and want to purchase prime. What are my options?

It’s urgent we send out an Account Manager to your property to perform an inspection and discuss treatment options with you. It’s Arrow’s goal to rid your home of active termites and get you covered with prime plus Sentricon termite coverage plan.

What additional services can be added to my prime coverage?

Any service that’s listed as not included can be added onto your treatment plan for an additional fee. Examples include german roaches, bedbugs, wood destroying insects, eco-friendly attic dusting, TAP attic insulation, lawn treatments, sanitation treatments, door sweeps, mosquitoes, weep hole covers, ticks, mites, pantry pests, wildlife, venomous spiders, and scorpions.

Do I qualify for a free in-home consultation and inspection?

Yes. An Arrow representative will make the best determination for an inspection based on your pest problem. Our office staff is highly qualified and trained in indentifying pest issues and scheduling the best technician to handle your treatment. Any type of infestation or detailed pest problem will require an account manager to perform an inspection.

Are your products safe for my home and pets?

All of our methods for rodent extermination and chemical treatments are approved by the EPA. Our team will educate the homeowners about the products and solutions installed for service. A technician will ensure a safe deployment of any application or trapping device.
