Liquid Termite Soil Treatment

Treating the soil before the slab is poured and under concrete joints.
Perimeter treatment of foundation at final grade (if required by law.)
Renewable Damage Warranty for the new homeowner plus discounts on other pest services Arrow provides.
99-B Form can be issued at closing upon request at no additional cost.
Termidor treatments are available.
Soil treatment efficacy is commonly 5-12 years. Requires retreatment around the slab after five years to maintain protection and warranty.
Minimum trip charge.

Termite Wood Borate Treatment

Wood decaying prevention can be added for an additional cost (limited to treated areas)
Treatment of all wood studs 2-4 feet up from foundation.
Perimeter treatment of foundation with liquid termiticide (if required by law)
Renewable Damage Warranty for the new homeowner as well as discounts on other pest services Arrow provides.
Also labeled for carpenter ants, powder post beetles, and wood rot.
Eco-Friendly Product.
Borate wood treatment efficacy is approximately 30 years.

This long-lasting and eco-friendly treatment will repel pest, termites, rodents, and more. Our technician performs this service using a blower to evenly the dust.
Does not break down with heat and last up to thirty years.
